Biography
Robert Miller is an associate attorney with Barnes & Diehl, P.C. in Richmond, Virginia. He handles complex divorce, custody, and support matters throughout the Commonwealth. Prior to joining Barnes & Diehl, he was a partner and the Family Law Practice Chair and Estate Litigation Practice Chair at Smith Strong, PLC, where he handled family law matters, will contests, and trust disputes. He has successfully tried complex family law matters throughout the Richmond Metro area and has won will contest jury trials as well in the Richmond Metro area. He also volunteers with the University of Richmond School of Law Pro Bono law clinic, where he helps law students represent low income individuals and victims of domestic abuse in divorce cases.
