JENNIFER CROSSLAND: I practice in family law; I practice custody, visitation, child support, divorce and everything that goes with the divorce case.

I have been practicing family law since 1995. My career started out as a law clerk for the Virginia Beach Circuit Court. After that I practiced in the Commonwealth Attorney's office and practiced in a real estate firm for a couple of years.

I represent everybody. I represent men, represent women, represent people who are the plaintiff in the case, people who are the defendant in the case.

I try to be accessible as I can to my clients so that they can communicate with me. The avenues we have are voicemail, email, my secretary. I always return calls and emails as soon as I can.

When it comes to my clients, my top priority is making sure I understand what their goals are and work with them to achieve those.
