CHRISTINE COREY: My focus is in family law and it includes things like divorce, custody, child support, spousal support and sometimes spills over into criminal law, including protective orders and domestic assault and battery.

I've been practicing law since 1996. I spend a lot of time with clients in the initial consult helping them figure out what their goals are and how we might reach them.

A lot of clients are concerned about the level of aggression of their attorneys. What's really important in the courtroom is having knowledge of the law and being prepared with the facts of your case and knowing what's important to your client.

It's very rewarding at the end of a case to know that we have accomplished many of the goals the client has set out for us. A lot of clients contact me after a case and let me know they really appreciate the extra effort I've put into their case and the personal attention they've received.
